There is nothing worse than finding your PC will no longer boot and you have vital data on your drive. It is important that you stop attempting to boot your PC as you may well be damaging your chances of retrieving data. If data has been lost then you should not attempt to run any disk defragmenting programmes as this will make matters considerably worse. Do not attempt to boot the system or device.

If there is data on the drive then we shall inform you and give you an estimate of
the retrieval cost which is very inexpensive. Should there be large quantities of
readable data then we may suggest that the data is stored onto an external disk drive.
It is a faster process and the drive can be used for backup purposes in the future
