Epson Express Service Centre

We were one of the first Epson Express Repair Centres in the country and we now operate a repair / replacement facility directly from our retail premises in Dartford. Epson provides us with replacement stock and fast track facilities should we be unable to repair your in warranty printer.

How the system works:

You can bring your Epson Printer into the shop during opening hours - no appointment is required. You will need your warranty details, which typically is your original invoice. You must leave your inks in the printer but we do not require any leads or disks. You leave the printer with us and we shall either fix it or replace it depending on the fault.

The printer cannot be repaired while you wait but the earlier in the day you bring it in the quicker we can look at it.

You can also take advantage of our Out Of Warranty Repair Scheme. Bring your printer into us and we shall offer to try and repair it for £35.00. If it is uneconomical to repair the printer we shall refund £25.00 back to you if you purchase a replacement printer from us. This offer can be used with current Epson promotions which makes some of the ALL IN ONES excellent value.

This is a great opportunity to extend your current warranty. Simply purchase one of the special Hologram packs of Epson Genuine Ink and your warranty can get extended for a further 12 months. Qualifying Inks and their associated printers are: T0715 (Cheetah) T0807 (Hummingbird) T0896 (Monkey) T1006 (Rhino). Your printer must still be within its original warranty period. This is a fantastic offer and gives you peace of mind for a further 12 months. Bearing in mind we are an Epson Service Centre you only have to bring it to us for repair / replacement. See below.
