For some customers bringing the system into us can cause a lot of problems.
Well you can now take advantage of a home call out and enjoy the same level of service as our on-site business customers.
We can visit your home and see if a repair can be carried out with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience to you. Most repairs or maintenance calls are carried out in no more than two hours
Some repairs cannot be done without the special equipment and servers that we have back in our workshops. In these cases, the computer will be taken away, repaired and delivered back again.
As part of our service we offer an out of hours service. This means that if you do not have to take time off of work as we shall come to you in an evening.

Although installing a wireless network at first glance may seem easy, it is still prone to problems. Most people do not secure their networks correctly and leave themselves open to prying eyes. In some cases, the network will not install because of problems on the existing computer. This is where we can help. We come to your house and setup the network for you, even if you have had a go yourself. We can make sure the system is secure, your computer is secure and setup file and print sharing where appropriate.
We can, of course, supply all the required networking items from USB Wireless dongles to Wireless Routers.
As part of the service we can also setup other peripherals such as a wireless printer.
